Feeling Much Better!

John was sick earlier this week and in the hospital for two nights. We promised him as soon as he felt better we would take him to the zoo since he loves animals. His antibiotics and other medicine began to work and he felt much better, so Saturday we went to the zoo. MiMi flew here to be with us and John. We were happy she could come to the zoo with us.

John pet a goat and brushed a donkey in the petting zoo.

John's favorite zoo animals are monkeys.

It was migratory bird week and John got a bird mask.

We bought John a panda hat. He was feeding it an animal cracker.

I love this face. At night or at naptime, I ask John "Are your eyes closed? You better close your eyes." Then he quickly closes his eyes and makes this face.
