We gave John a choice today. Did he want to go to the zoo or a playground. He chose a playground. We stayed for about an hour and had lots of fun. We got in the car to leave and John said, "Let's go to the zoo!" So off we went to the zoo. We made it Family Fun Day. Before we saw any animals, we ate lunch and John Paul was so lucky he got such a cute picture with John. John is hard to get to pose and smile for pictures these days.
Abigail was all smiles too!
John loved looking at the zoo map and directed us where he wanted to go.
The giraffes came over to say hello.
Abigail drank the rest of the water and loved playing with the bottle.
The cheetah was a lot closer than this picture shows. He was so close and he just looked at us and stared and then closed his eyes and looked like he was going to take a snooze.
